What is a Hook & Reel seafood boil?

Our signature dish. Your seafood arrives steaming hot with corn and 2 potatoes, tossed in the sauce and spice level you choose, and you can add extras on the side.

How do I build my boil?

Four steps. Pick your catch (snow crab or Dungeness clusters, or clams, crawfish, black mussels, New Zealand mussels, scallops or shrimp by the ½ pound or pound, plus blue crab when in season, lobster tail, whole lobster and king crab legs). Pick your sauce: Plain, Dry (Old Bay only), Original Cajun, Garlic Butter, Seasoned Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper or the Hook & Reel Special Blend. Pick your spice level: Mild, Spicy or Fire. Then be extra and add potatoes, sausage, corn on the cob, hard-boiled eggs, broccoli, noodles, ramen noodle or rice on the side. Please order at least 1 lb per boil.

What are the favorite boils?

Is there something smaller than a full boil?

Yes. Mini boils are ½ pound of seafood (one snow crab cluster, ½ lb shrimp head-off, ½ lb shrimp head-on or ½ lb black mussels) and include corn and 2 potatoes.

What if I don't want a boil?

Try a po' boy or a crabmeat roll, a basket of shrimp, oysters, catfish, flounder or chicken tenders, wings, pasta, a soup or a salad, or share a few appetizers like hush puppies, coconut shrimp and fried calamari.

What can I drink?

Signature cocktails like the Hook Punch and Voodoo Lemonade, the H&R Signature Margarita and The Potion of the Ocean, the Reel Classics and a line of piña coladas, frozen and flavored. For beer, wine and soft drinks, please ask your server.

How much does it cost?

Seafood is sold at market price (MP), so it can change. Ask your server or your nearest Hook & Reel for today's prices. Flavored margaritas and piña coladas are +$1, and choosing clam chowder or lobster bisque with a po' boy is $2.00 additional.

Is there a service charge for large parties?

Yes. An 18% service charge is added for parties of six or more.
